Working alongside main contractors, compliance, and how we operate.
Do you take on work alongside main contractors?
Yes. T & D Decorators regularly work as a prequalified subcontractor alongside principal contractors. We carry all required documentation: SafeContractor approval, ISO certification, CSCS cards, IPAF licences, method statements, and £10m public liability insurance.
Are all your operatives CSCS card holders?
Yes. Every operative on our commercial sites carries a CSCS card appropriate to their trade and level. Our supervisors hold SSSTS qualifications, and our IPAF-licensed operatives provide all powered access work at height.
What documentation do you provide for compliance?
We provide full method statements, COSHH assessments, risk assessments, SafeContractor approval certificates, ISO certification, public liability insurance documents, and CSCS card records for each operative.

We use the details you give us solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange surveys or consultations, and prepare quotations. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Who processes it
- Formspree (formspree.io) handles enquiry form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, after which they are deleted from our systems. Our form provider (Formspree) and messaging tools retain copies according to their own retention policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email tandddecorators@gmail.com and we'll respond promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
